Location: Savannah, GA

As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in facilitating the expansion of our business, serving as the first point of contact for our valued customers.

Office Manager Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Office Management (2 years)
  • Construction background is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in multitasking
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Proficiency in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople
  • Desire to assist with the growth of a new location
  • Experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is preferred.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
  • Build strong rapport with customers, providing exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Convert leads to appointments for the sales team
  • Keep the office organized and presentable
  • Meet with sales staff to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders
  • Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
  • Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers
  • Update customers regularly on installation details
  • Obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work and assist sales consultants with contract preparation
  • Assist sales consultants with their contracts and sending them to customers
  • Send contracts to customers promptly and ensure all necessary documentation is provided
  • Support local marketing efforts
  • Update InspireNet and Salesforce daily with job status and upcoming schedules, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Update QuickBooks daily, accurately recording all income and expenses (experience preferred, training provided)
Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000- $58,000
